Nailed it exactly on the head. The fortunate thing with regards to 'cashless' is that there's still a fairly decent chunk of the population that doesn't have access to banking services. (IIRC it was 14% in Canada)

When the CBDCs hit the chessboard, it'll be time to revive the black market barter economy.

Thanks Sim! I greatly appreciate it! Yes, it will be time to revive the barter economy. I know I'm not prepared. I do not intend on ever accepting a digital ID or CBDC. We all must be prepared for what's coming and emphatically say, "NO!" I just need to start trying to figure out alternatives. It will not be easy.

Your article truly makes me wonder how much longer Substack is going to be a community of people sharing their thoughts uncensored. You're right. The authorities are the leading spreaders of disinformation and they want to spin it the other way around and say we're spreading disinformation. The mere fact that these phrases "Misinformation, Disinformation and Malinformation," are being introduced into our everyday lingo shows we're already living in Orwellian times. I do not remember hearing these phrases very often pre-2020.

This is why the battle for free speech is so important. Lose that, and it's the ballgame.

Absolutely! There's a reason our constitutional rights are anchored on freedom of speech. And that is why they are trying so hard to snuff it out.
