I recently spoke with a friend about the potential for digital ID’s and central bank digital currencies (CBDC’s). My friend asked me how often I currently use cash. I said that I still use cash relatively often. My friend responded that most people use their debit/credit cards and no longer use cash on a regular basis. Most hotels do not accept cash and you must reserve your room with a debit/credit card.
My friend wondered why going cashless is such a big deal since we are already basically cashless and use our cards to pay for most essentials.
This is the predominant attitude I’ve come across while striking up conversations with most people. They really just shrug their shoulders and do not really consider what it would be like to live in a cashless society. They are looking at it from a convenience perspective where they no longer have to worry about carrying cash.
There are obviously endless possibilities for control with central bank digital currencies. Governments would literally have the power to freeze or delete the balance in your digital wallets if you said something, perhaps online, they simply do not like. We saw this with the trucker protests in Canada a couple years ago. And that was in a pre-CBDC/digital ID environment.
If you go over your monthly carbon credit allotment or your social credit score has taken a hit, no FedBucks/BidenBucks for you. Show up to a neighborhood protest or simply speak against the government narrative, no FedBucks/BidenBucks for you. Good luck trying to buy food and feed your family, much less holding down a stable job.
Many governments around the world are implementing this kind of system right now. They are starting to issue digital ID’s and want each person’s financial information, health history, vaccination data, etc. to be included in the digital ID. If you are not concerned by such developments, you should be.
During the COVID plandemic, governments were testing how obedient people would be in regard to vaccine passports. If you were not vaccinated with the most sacred experimental miracle elixir, you could not travel across borders and see your family. If you were unvaccinated, your employer fired you. But don’t worry, the government didn’t force you to take the vaccine.
Now imagine having to stay “up-to-date” on all of your experimental vaccinations just to have a digital ID, have access to FedBucks/BidenBucks and keep a job and participate in society.
Currently, Australia is starting to implement digital ID’s. Many countries around the world have either started implementing CBDC’s or are in the pilot phase.
Places like Australia and Hawaii (think Maui and Lahaina) are good testing grounds because of their geographical isolation among other factors. I’m sure there are probably already plans for Lahaina to become a 15-minute smart city.
World leaders gush as they talk about streamlining everyone’s data into large data clouds to make transactions faster, more secure and less expensive with this new digital infrastructure. They talk about 15-minute cities where everyone can walk or ride their bicycle to work and are within 15 minutes from access to all of their essential goods and services. What they don’t mention is that you will most likely rarely be able to leave your 15-minute digital utopia. A little slice of dystopian digital heaven; technocrat style!
They talk about everything being connected. And I mean everything. They want to access all of your data and have even floated the idea of implanting a chip as a form of digital identification (Biblical Mark of the Beast vibes). They will sell this as benefitting the citizen with access to all government services and a more robust/secure form of personal data security.
Of course, it’s for your own good. Just don’t ask too many questions. Trust the experts. It’s for your own good. If you ask too many questions, we’ll censor you. No, they would never censor anyone. Of course, not. We’ve never seen this before.
Besides, it will also be good for the environment. If people are confined to 15-minute cities, have carbon rations and monthly universal basic income (digital/programmable CBDC), they will stay within their environmentally friendly living area and will not contribute to the “global boiling” and help save the world. It’s all for the greater good! If you don’t agree, you will be called a racist, selfish, fill-in-the-blank. We’ve already seen this play out during the COVID plandemic. “The unvaccinated” were treated as ignorant, deplorable pariahs.
Meanwhile, the so-called elites will still be eating filet mignon on their yachts and enjoying leisurely travel on their carbon spewing private jets. Of course, the rules will not apply to them. They are way above any rule of law that would limit their freedom of choice and movement.
If you think I’m wrong, just look at how these so-called elites spurned wearing masks during the COVID plandemic. How many times did you see a maskless politician speaking at the podium, while all of their aides were masked up?
How many pictures did you see of maskless politicians attending dinner parties and their servants, I mean waiters, all wearing masks?
Remember celebrities and politicians smiling for the camera at the Super Bowl in Los Angeles? They were not wearing masks even when the City of Los Angeles had a mask mandate for all the plebs.
The Davos/WEF leaders have routinely flown in their private jets, even while attending climate conferences.
Climate Czar John Kerry, who supposedly has never owned a private jet, has polluted the air with more carbon than you and I will in our entire lifetimes. His wife owned the private jet, so Kerry doesn’t think that counts. When they started receiving flak for owning a private jet, his wife sold it last year. Kerry thought he could snake-oil his way around that explanation with slippery and deceptive language during a recent congressional hearing. These people do not expect to be held accountable for anything. They are too good to be held accountable.
Now ask yourself, are these the folks you want controlling the digital infrastructure that will have total control over you, your finances, your healthcare, your freedom of movement and your ability to buy and sell?
Nobody should have that kind of power or control over another human being. It’s anti-human.
Even those rulers with good intentions are typically corrupted by power. We have seen this to be true throughout human history. People are easily corrupted by power, money and fame.
My guess is that they will start passing laws saying your home is not energy efficient and then charge exorbitant penalties for those who can’t afford to “upgrade” their homes to become “green-energy-efficient.”
Think about the phrase, “you will own nothing and be happy.” Agenda 2030, baby!
Most people will not be able to afford these upgrades and the government will then probably put your property into foreclosure/seize your property just like they would if you failed to pay your property taxes.
The past three years have shown us that putting too much power and control in the hands of the few, has very dire consequences.
How many people think the powers-that-be handled the COVID plandemic efficiently and in the best interests of the people? I think we can unequivocally say, “no.”
Now imagine giving these same people more control over every aspect of your lives.
No Beuno!

Nailed it exactly on the head. The fortunate thing with regards to 'cashless' is that there's still a fairly decent chunk of the population that doesn't have access to banking services. (IIRC it was 14% in Canada)
When the CBDCs hit the chessboard, it'll be time to revive the black market barter economy.
